Disconnect eBay account?

I was wondering if there was a way to disconnect an eBay account on a Shopify store that is already closed? I cant get in to disconnect it.

Removing your eBay account from your closed store shouldn't be a problem. We will need to verify a few details with you first though. I will send you a direct email about this and once you have verified we can look into this for you then.

I have opened a new Shopify store. I have not closed original store yet. I have removed the ebay sales channel from my old shopify store but still get same error message that it must be disconnected in order to make the new connection to my new store. How do I do this? Thank you

Same issue. There are a lot of people on here with this issue. Perhaps Shopify could add this option and instructions to it's help page?

Is your account with Shopify closed now with the eBay account attached? Just to confirm, is the best email to reach you on the attached to your forum account here?
