discontinued shopify product reviews app

Although Shopify discontinued the product review app early this year, residual text (see below) is still showing up on any product page that once had a review. I can't find a way to delete this text. We're using an old theme (Radiance). Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hello @jsr1 ,

In this case, you should check your theme code and find if there is any code related to customer reviews in the product template file (might be named product-template.liquid, product.liquid, or something similar), then delete or comment out the code to prevent the unwanted text from showing up on your product page.
