Discount Code for Compare At Prices. Is there an app for this?

Is there an app that allows you to add a discount code to your "Compare At" prices?

The issue I'm having is that I would like to do a storewide 15% off RRP, but I already have some items discounted at 10% off RRP. I don't want the discounts to stack. 

I know that apps exist where you can bulk edit your listings to discount the Compare At prices. But I would like to do this for just our email database using a promo code. Does an app exist for this? If not, IT SHOULD!

Those items that are already discounted at 10%, do they have a compare at price? If not, then I can let you use an app to generate a discount code based on the following criteria, variant should have a compare at price.
