Discount Codes

I am looking for an app that will allow me to incorporate sales tax into a discount code or gift card.  Currently if I issue a discount code to a customer that I charge it will not allow me to charge sales tax to the base amount.  For example if the sale is taxable and the code is for $125 it will not charge the sales tax on the $125.  Does anyone know if this app exists?
