Discrepency in install and uninstall data in Shopify Ads

I could use some help with the analytics in Shopify ads.

Why does the install count that is shown on the Overview page different than the actual number of installs? When I download the history or count the installs on the graph, they are lower than what the summary number indicates.

Same goes for uninstalls. I have spot checked days over the past few weeks and it is always undercounting.
