I'm currently dealing with a situation where my Shopify app was unlisted due to copyright concerns. I took immediate action by removing the copyrighted content on the same day I received the email notification. Despite my efforts, it seems that the Shopify team hasn't had the opportunity to review the changes and reinstate my app. I've consistently followed up via email and engaged in multiple conversations with the live chat support team, reiterating that the issue has been resolved. However, my app remains unlisted, and I'm seeking further assistance to ensure that the corrective measures I've taken are acknowledged and my app is reinstated.

Thank you for getting in touch. I'd generally recommend not continuing to send emails in response to the email you received as doing so may push your ticket to the back of our team's queue. Once you have communicated your concerns and questions, please wait for a response and you should receive one.

For reference, the ticket number 43374337 has been assigned.

 

They Agent Shopify Assigned his name is Kivon, i'm replied many time  to same email and many time to him, but no respond.
