Do apps charge you while building your website on developer mode?

hey guys I'm building a website on development mode and I need to add some apps but i don't know if they are going to charge me during the construction of the site.

Yes, any app with pricing plan will charge you. For maximum cases, you will get free trail so after that you will be charged.

Another thing, if you are on trail/developer plan, you can't subscribe any paid app.

No, development stores cannot be charged for real money. Partner-friendly apps will only issue you a test charge. If the apps don't issue you a test charge, you are forbidden to test paid plans
