Do I need to submit app to review it again if I change the configs after my app is live on app store

Do I need to submit app to review it again if I change the configs after my app is live on app store.

for example:

1. if I change my app url and redirect url, do I need to submit for review again?

2. if I change my app's webhook version, do I need to submit for review again？

3. if i change my app's listing content,  do i need to submit for review again？

4. if i change my app's extension configs, do i need to submit for review again?

5. if i change my app's other configs like gdpr urls, app proxy, icon, do i need to submit for review again?
