Do you need a UI for a public unlisted app?

Hi. do we really need to have a UI if we are going to publish a public app (Unlisted in app store)? the app will be used by specific users only.

Yes, you can create partner account and create app. after you will add your api-key and secret-key in your credentials. It's working in specific store.

If your app is used a few users, it may better to publish private apps. 

With no ui, I don't think your public app is going to pass through app review
