Are you using any loyalty tools for your brand?

• if yes, which tools? And what you like/dislike about them?

Do you have the tool already? Willing to give it a try.

So far I tried with smile.io and a free one.

Smile.io is a cool tool, but it missing combinable discounts and different integrations with CRMs that can speed up our work on building loyalty campaigns.

Thanks for sharing – we do have a closed beta that includes combinable discounts. 

We also offer custom integrations to our customers. Curious to know, which CRM do you currently use?
