Does an app exist for 3D product planning like IKEA's tool?

I am looking for an app that will allow my customers to design their own product via a drag and drop interface.

I am NOT talking about apps like this one that has a 3d model that changes color and so on:

But more along the lines of the IKEA planning tools where you can basically combine several products and align them how you want across from and on top of one another:

Does such an app exist? If not, then does anyone know of an alternative solution. Like a piece of planning/ drawing software that could be served via an Iframe? 🙂
