Does Easy Ads for Facebook third party app work on shopify ?

I recently installed Easy Ads for Facebook app on my Shopify store and ever since that, the store hasn't been working properly. Half of the links were broken and every time I tried to navigate to a products or policies or settings page, it showed that Shopify wasn't working properly. 

I somehow managed to uninstall the above-said app, however, the Shopify help store still doesn't work. It shows the same error of

"There’s a problem loading this page
There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help Center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the Help Center homepage or try reloading this page."

I wanted to try and uninstall the app however, every link or every click opened the above error message. It is stuck in the same loop. I want to understand, Is the above-said app Spam?

The problem literally started when I installed the App and denied it permission to charge me after a 7-day trial. I want to understand, if that app is installed, does it not let you make changes to your store? How does it work? I have since managed to uninstall the app from my store.
