Does shopify allow multi brand loyalty program?

Hi,

Does shopify allow multi brand loyalty program on it platform where multiple brands share the common reward points like Payback, Plenti, Optimum PC etc. We are building a coalition loyalty program for D2C retail stores and are keen on understanding whether Shopify App Store approves the concept of common reward points for multiple stores.
