Just set up my digital download app for my store, Silver 2 Moon.
When a customer purchases a download, does the app automatically send
my product to their e-mail address?

Thank you for your question.

Shopify has offered 2 options for you to adjust the fulfillment settings for your digital products: Automatically create fulfillments and Manually create fulfillments.

If you select the option Automatically create fulfillments, then after a successful payment, customers who purchase this product are automatically emailed a download link and the order is marked as fulfilled. Use this option for entirely digital products, such as an MP3 or a PDF.

Please follow the instruction below to set up the suitable fulfillment settings:
