Don't understanding Shipping CEDCommerce Etsy Integration

I do not understand a couple things with CEDCommerce Etsy Integration App. I have Googled for hours, watched YouTUbe Videos, and chatted with CEDCommerce support and my brain just hurts.

1) Shipping - In the app you have to make a profile for your products to get them published. As you are filling that out, you get to shipping template that you have to create. I do not know what to put here because, as it was explained to me, Shopify will do the shipping. But, that part does not sync in the app, so you have to manually enter that in. I do not understand what I am supposed to put in here. I think I need this part explained to me like I am in kindergarten.

2) What does this look like on the customer side? Does it work seamlessly? When the customer clicks on the product in Etsy does it complete in Etsy and then the information gets sent to Shopify and then Shopify does the rest?  No work on my end?  OR Do I have to download a CSV file the order and upload it to Shopify?

NOTE - I am trying to sell my Shopify products on Etsy. NOT my Etsy products on Shopify. I just realized that is one of the things the chat support person misunderstood.
