Download button showing in all photos (email)

Hi!! I have 2 email apps - mal and rivyo for reviews - i have automated emails in both but every photo in the emails has a download button and it happens with every app so I think thare's a configuration or something in my back end? I don't sell digital products I sell bags so I am wondering if you know how to take this button off? Thanks!! website: www.sentientthebrand.com and I attach a photo of the button
