Dsers "Request Declined"

I keep getting " Request Declined" showing up in Shopify's Fulfillment status as soon an order is paid, this is only happing with the Dsers app orders, I contacted Dsers support and they told me to just ignore it and continue fulfilling the order with their app, has anyone experience this issue, is it really ok to just ignore the Shopify Status?
