Duplicate products created while creating via custom app

We are seeing duplicated products being created while creating products via custom app in a shopify store. Its happening only in one of the stores which we have configured. Also we are getting lot of update webhook notifications when we create an order. These two issues are happening only in a specific store, in another store it is not happening. We are unable to delete the store and recreate as we have paid annual subscription. Is there any solution for these issues ??
