Dynamic dispatch date and estimated delivery date app

Hello all,

In my shop I have completely handmade jewelry which take some time to make.

With that said, I would like to have a dynamic dispatch date that will also be linked to an estimated delivery date.

However, the key thing to note is that I would like to have a specific number of items that can be sold for the day by which it will change the estimated dispatch and delivery dates.

For example:

For the first 5 items that are sold today, the dispatch date is 4 days from now. However, once there are 6+ items sold for the day, the dispatch date will dynamically be changed for 5 days from now.

This will help me plan all of my orders accordingly and even if during black friday I have 100+ orders for the day, they won't have the same dispatch date and me running around trying to fulfil each one in a limited time.

I know I am asking a lot but I was wondering if there is an app that has such features.

(Inspired by the apple website where according to available stock and projected time to make a product, the delivery times change accordingly as well as for a location.)
