Dynamically change the text in a Shopify theme extension from Shopify App

Hello, I just started learning Shopify as a developer. I am stuck here, I need help. Anyone please provide me appropriate document or resource if possible?

My problem is:

I have a theme app extension that renders a simple text in the Shopify store as a block. I want to change the text from my Shopify app. I mean I will provide the text from my app and the block text will change accordingly. How can I achieve this goal? Here is the expected flow

My knowledge about Shopify:

• I know how to create a Shopify app
• Know the Shopify theme Extension installation and integration process with in a Shore.
• Admin API
