Ebay Integration Product Setup Error

I am trying to sync my Shopify website to my eBay Store.  After days of not being able to do so, it finally connected.  However, I am now getting an error message during the product set up.  Specifically on the Payment & Taxes Page.  It says the value is not supported and I cannot continue to the next page -screenshot below. Anyone experience any thing similar? Please share any and all information that may help me work this out....I would really appreciate it!!!!

BTW - I’ve been in contact with Shopify support (they refer me to eBay), eBay support (they blame Shopify) and scoured the internet for advice.  I’ve tried different devices, different browsers, checked all of my settings, cleared my cache, and so on.
