Hi, I have recently downloaded the ecologi app in Shopify and it won’t load due to an error message saying I need to manually enable cookies, If I press agree it comes up with an error saying shop failed to load. I have tried clearing my history, enabling pop ups, updating to the latest software and using a different browser but nothing is working, can anyone assist please? Thanks

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've been through so far. To confirm, is it the Plant Trees with Ecologi app that you've installed? I added this app to my test store and I am able to view it.


I'm wondering if the cookies settings in your browsers might have been what interfered with the app. Can you let me know which browsers you've tested so far? I also recommend running through the following if you haven't already:


  • ensure that you don't have all cookies blocked in your browser settings
  • check for browser updates 
  • try an incognito/private browsing window, or
  • temporarily disable browser extensions

If the app still won't load, see if you can remove it and install it again.
