App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Hello,
I am a shopify user and I have a customer who is not a shopify user. My customer would like me to fulfil orders he receives through his non-shopify ecommerce platform. What is the best way to go about setting up this operation? Do I need him to export the order information in .csv form and then upload that .csv into shopify via an app like ez importer or exelify? Please let me know if someone has ideas.
P.S. - The customer is willing to switch to shopify if it makes everything easier.
Thanks so much,
Jack
Hey Jack
It depends if you would like to automate it or do it manually. You can export and import orders using the Shopify csv method: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/export-orders
We specialise in connecting suppliers and resellers through out platform so you can share products directly with your reseller and they can then sync them to their store. We also automate orders back to your store.
We have integrations with different platforms and if we don't have one can build new ones. If you would like to discuss further please send me an email to tom@channelup.io and we may already have what you are after.
Regards
Tom
