Edit blog and product atom/rss feed store name variable

We have a store with a store name in general settings that is used exclusively for shipping labels and everything else on the site has been coded to use a different store name.  We have a couple of areas to fix still including blog and product rss feeds.  I'm looking for a quick way to edit the blog and product rss/atom store name variable without changing the store name in general settings.  Has anybody encountered this issue and can point to an app or code snippet to customize the rss store name variable?
