edit CSS code to show image on convertkit form

Hi, I am trying to get help on getting the image to show up on the slide in form from convertkit.  They've told me that I need to change the CCS code, which I did but the image doesn't stay.?. Does anyone know how to edit the CSS code for convertkit forms or can tell me what I am doing wrong so that I can see the image on the form?  Thanks for any help on this.   Christy
