Editing Facebook linked shopify catalogues

Hi, can any body help me, I've spent the day trying to edit my Facebook Shops Catalogs which are linked to shopify, it won't let me delete or edit any thing. Is it possible to disconnect the FB store from Shopify and then re upload the relevant products? There are things on the catalog we haven't had in store for 4 years. Thanks for any suggestions. FC
