Editing Product Page - Integration with Spreadr App

I downloaded the amazon Spreadr app to import my amazon affiliate products into my store.  However, the product page looks very bleh and lacks personality (looks like text was just copied and pasted to a page).

I would like to make the adjustments listed below but I don't see the ability to make these edits are not available when using the Speadr app and I can't seem to get external apps to integrate with spreadr.  Does anyone have any advice?

• Add a more attractive layout 
• Separate the price further from title and enhance the price text it with color and larger size, possibly a text background
• change the font of the product information (title, description, etc)
