Email, Firstname and Lastname are not coming in customer details

We have two stores, and we are retrieving the customer details by shopify api using this endpoint

{store1_url}/admin/api/2024-04/customers.json?ids=xxxxxx

{store2_url}/admin/api/2024-04/customers.json?ids=xxxxxx

in the store_1 we are getting the correct details

in store_2 the email, firstname and lastname properties are not coming in the response (they are completely not coming so that does not mean they are coming empty)

Store_1 : correct

Store_2 : properties are missing 

Note: the same app and permissions was used in both stores
