Embedded App + Standalone App for the Same App?

Hi I was wondering if it was possible to have sections of my App admin outside the Shopify Embedded App flow.

There are certain sections of the UI I've implemented in a legacy App which I'd prefer not to rebuild at this stage so I was hoping to bring in parts of the App in to Shopify's look and feel as an embedded app in the short term and link out to the authenticated external app.

I was wondering if this is possible?
