Enable Carrier Calculated Shipping for my store

Good day Guys.

 

I would like to Enable Carrier Calculated Shipping Rates. I signed up for the monthly subscription but since I am in the 15 day free trial, I am unable to enable the rates on my website. Please help me immediately in this regard so I can make my website live and complete all the backend work.
