Carrier Calculated Shipping is a great feature to add to your Shopify store. Due to our security measures in place, I am not able to authenticate you over our Community Forum. You will need to contact our Support Team. You can contact our Support Team by email, live chat, or callback through our Help Center. You will need to log in, select your shop, search a topic, then click "Continue" at the bottom of the page to find contact options. They will be able to add Carrier Calculated Shipping to your plan.

I don't manage to contact support... every time I click "Contact support" it brings me back to selecting my shop...

Have you tried on a different device or browser? You can try clearing your browser data and cache/cookies as well. Sometimes browsers will have this error; by doing some of the local troubleshooting, you should be able to get through to our Support Team. Please let me know if you are still having difficulties once you try that!
