error message coming when payment is processed

I have taken linked third party provider SOGECOMMERCE (Societe Generale Bank in France) services for accepting payments on my shopify website www.bresilienhair.com . When i try to make a transaction by selecting credit card option, it opens a SOGECOMMERCE window which says that "an error occurred during the payment request, the merchant website has been informed of the impossibility to complete the transaction". I don't know why is this coming as i have activated my shopify backend to production mode. Pls help
