Error message when connecting to Printful

I was added to a store from the store owner. When I go to access Printful through the apps tab, I am met with this message: This store is already connected to another Printful account

 

I noticed in the app and sales channel settings > users and permissions, that beside my name is states "Limited Permissions"

 

Do you think this is preventing me from going from the shopify store to printful?

If not, you will want to connect with Printful: Print on Demand directly for assistance with this. As it's considered to be a third-party app, their support team will be able to take a closer look into the error and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

To connect with the app developer, you can head into the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by Printful' section to view their support options.

Hi Blair, I do have an existing Printful account. When I was added to the Shopify store from the store owner, I wasn’t able to access the Printful account associated with the Shopify account. I’ve asked the store owner to change my permissions from limited to unlimited or whatever it is called. I’m hoping that would help resolve the issue. Does that sound like it could be causing the problem?

Hi all,

I am also getting error message.   I think the problem is that have two stores under one shopify account. One of the stores works but the other store is getting this error message even though I tried to sign up for a separate printful account with a different email address.

Having the right permissions is essential to accessing the app. As you have reached out to the Account Owner, I'd wait to see if this resolves the issue. If not however, then I'd encourage you to connect with Printful directly for further investigation. They will be able to take a closer look and advise accordingly!
