Error message when trying to link Facebook catalog to Shopify

Greetings!

I'm trying to link my Facebook catalog to my Shopify catalog, but I get the following error message:

This Facebook account is restricted

You cannot set up a shop or catalog at this time.

I'm not sure why we're getting this error, and we'd really like to get it so that we don't have to maintain two separate catalogs.  Has anyone experienced this before and knows why this might be happening?
