Error occured when npm run dev executed

Good afternoon!

I have a challenge with connection between locally installed app and dev store. I have installed app, execute ngrok tunnel connection, fill in the created urls by ngrok to application settings. And then I'm trying to execute locale developnent environment by "npm run dev". It asked me to log in by clicking any button, successfully logged in, but on local terminal error occured "Unable to update the secure store: The file was externally modified". And naturally not connect local app to my store.

What did I do wrong?
