Error occurs when creating Shopify app. (npm init @shopify/app@latest way)

Hi all,

I tried to create new Shopify app following Shopify official manual.

I entered this code snippet(npm init @Shopify/app@latest) in terminal but it fails with this error message.

I think there's a problem with ngrok but I'm not sure. 

Can you please help me to solve this issue and successfully create app?
