Estimate cost for developing a 'Multi Vendor Marketplace' custom app

Can Anyone help me in calculating the approximate cost involved in transforming an e-commerce store into a Multi-Vendor Marketplace. 
The store should not have any 3rd party plugins or apps involved and must be a custom build.
The private app for Multi vendor marketplace must be developed considering all the paid features which most of the mainstream apps are providing.
