Estimates vs Invoices

We currently give estimates to customers as they go to bid jobs. Once the job is approved the customer comes back and approves the estimate. Sometimes we have the inventory on hand, sometimes we have to procure it. Has anyone found an app that can be used just for the estimate part which we can then turn into a draft order leading to an invoice as the sale process continues? Thanks in advance.
