ETranslate app for Optimal Theme- unable to translate the product filter

Hello good day~

 

I'd like to check how to translate the product filter int he Shop page, using the Etranslate App.
As currently it doesn't reflect in the page even when I'd put in the Chinese translation. 

I build the site using the English version ( which works perfectly)
and key in the Chinese/ Japanese translation in the App page ( attached),

but it doesn't reflect in the site when I changed the language.

Please help~ thank you
