Event Purchase Meta Pixel - Don't activate

Hello,

Since the beginning of this week the event "purchase" doesn't activate in my store - it is pampamia.pt . So i don't have any data from Meta Ads in terms of conversions and I can't understand why all the other events activate and this doesn't.

Can someone help or know how to resolve this?

Hello Pampamia,

Did you configure the purchase data layer in the custom pixel section?

from page view to checkout will work but purchase won't without the datalayer. I have a datalayer that will fire purchase event.
