Hi All.
Has anybody used the App UK Print On Demand? I'm having a hard time getting a response from them.
Please can someone let me know if they ever had any dealings with this company.

Are you referring to this app here? Have you reached out to them via the support details on that link, and how long has it been?
When it comes to apps that were not developed directly by Shopify, our scope of support is limited and the app's developers will be the ones to provide support for their apps. As this app is free, it can take longer than 48 hours for them to respond. That being said, if you'd like, our live support can reach out to the developer on your behalf on a CC'd email.
To do this, you can create a support request in our help portal here and request that you are handed off to the app developer in question.

Hi Maz.
Thanks for the response. That's them, Yes I have contacted them. The first time I reached out was on the 9th March, a ticket was generated and I didn't receive a response. I've tried again to no avail. That would be great if someone could on my behalf, thanks I'll do that They are the main POD I'm using due to their location and products, I'm coming close to opening my store but don't want to proceed without knowing if the company's even open.
Would appreciate any help you can offer.

It is unclear whether you contacted them directly yourself or via our team via the support channels. If you haven't, I'd recommend that as the best route to take so that you can get a timely response!
Login into your store via the link above and create a ticket with our support team. They will then email the developer on your behalf, and you should be able to correspond there!
