Experiencing issues with Pixels POD not receiving orders?

Orders placed in my Shopify store are not being sent to Pixels POD.  They are being sent for fulfillment but Pixels does not receive so they cannot fulfill.  Anyone else have this problem? This is not the best timing, that's for sure.

Make sure all of the integration settings between Shopify and Pixels POD are accurate and up to date if orders from your Shopify store aren't getting submitted to Pixels POD. Check Shopify or Pixels POD for any error warnings that could explain the problem, then go over the purchase details to see if there are any commonalities. For more focused help, get in touch with Pixels POD's and Shopify's support teams. In addition, think about putting in test orders to identify the problem. Consider manually forwarding orders to Pixels POD or temporarily using a different fulfillment service if you need a quick fix.
