Export merge product quantity from selected orders

Is it possible to set up an export through some application, where we only get products and their quantity?

Example:
I select 10 orders.
Export:
Product 1 / 200 pcs
Product 2 / 20 pcs
Product 3 / 50 pcs
etc...

Then we can bring all the necessary quantity from the warehouse for packaging, which will then be sorted into shipments.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you.

Yes, absolutely! What you're describing is a Product Summary Eport based on selected Shopify orders where instead of exporting each order line-by-line, you get a combined total Quatity per product like a pick list for the warehouse. This is a commonly used for warehouse prep and fulfillment.

Here are the three ways you can do this:

Use a Shopify app no code required.

Use Shopify Admin + Excel (Manual Method).

If you do this only occasionally, this method works without apps.

  • Go to Orders in your Shopify Admin.
  • Select the 10 products manually selected.
  • Click Export >> Export as CSV.
  • Open in excel or google sheet.
  • Use Pivot Table to group by lineitem name and sum the lineitem quantity.

By following one of the method you can ensure to fulfill your requirements.

Hi @PetrK  this is possible using shopifys free app shopify-flow with the googlesheets connector to add rows to a sheet.

https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shopify-flow/reference/connectors/add-row-to-spreadsheet

If you also need this info emailed, or turned into PDFS attaching to emails or printing into picklists etc etc etc

There's more advanced automation tools like mechanic.
