Hi,
I am based out of India and so is my business. I am trying to connect my FB business page to my shopify website but am hitting a roadblock with the following error
I am unable to identify why am I facing this issue with respect to region.
Would appreciate any help.

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot of the error message you have received as that is very helpful! Looking into this, it seems this error message is coming from the Facebook platform and is informing you that the account is ineligible due to the region of the Facebook account.
With that being said, I am unable to view what may be the exact specific reason why Facebook is providing this error message. Since the error is not coming directly from the Shopify platform, we are unable to determine whether the store is meeting the Facebook requirements.
In this case, it may be best to reach out to Facebook support about this error message that you are receiving. They should be able to provide you with additional support to why you are receiving this error message.
