Facebook Campaign - Failed to create

Hi All,

I am quite new to Shopify - so I am pretty sure I must be doing something fairly silly here - anyway I do hope you can help!

I am trying to create a Facebook Campaign, I've set up my Facebook Business Manager account and filled in all the required fields at Shopify end. Every time I do get the following error:

 

Having had a look at the Business Manager end I can see the campaign is being created but has no products. I would appreciate any help!

I don't guess this will ever be resolved by Shopify. I'm having issues too and it's July 30, 2021.

I'm having the same issue.  This is the only reason I left godaddy to come to shopify! Now I can't even promote my store
