Facebook Channel will not let me connect to my FB ad account so I can't load my catalogue into FB?

I can't connect the Ad Acc in SHopfigy - it  When I select connect the screens keeps flickering between this screen and approve T&C's screen and I can't get any further?

Looks like alot of people are having the same problem , me included .  It's as if FB is making it difficult for shopify store owners to sell their products on FB . No one answers you at FB ,
