Facebook e-commence not approve and cathelog not sync

Hello , 

i am having error with connecting to Facebook from shopify saying i am not compliance. 

any solution for this? As i need to set up instrgram shop and understand this is pre - requiste.

And i also found out that my catalog does not sync anymore when i add new items to my shopify store
