Hi, @TFN205!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and sharing your concern. I’m happy to help out.
It sounds like your shop has been flagged for violating one of Meta's Commerce eligibility requirements. In order to sell on Facebook Commerce surfaces as a business, your Facebook account and Page or your Instagram professional account must meet all of those requirements. I took a closer look, and it looks like this is caused by a violation in the Seller Agreement 3.E and 3.F.
I suggest reaching out directly to Meta regarding this as they should be able to provide account specific support. If you are having trouble getting in touch, we’d be happy to help connect you with Meta. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
If you have any other questions, feel free to follow up and let me know! Additionally, I'm always looking to help out merchants with ideas or feedback related to their stores. Do you have any other social media initiatives while you are waiting to set up your Facebook and Instagram?

Thanks so much for your feedback, I took a look at the Seller Agreement and still don't fully understand what is not compliant. I have opened a ticket with Shopify Help Center
