I've recently installed Facebook Sales Channel and managed to get all our products into FB Catalogue Manager. We've received a report back saying that our data feed quality was low due to some missing fields, so we have updated these within Shopify's platform.
The issue I'm having is that our data source feed isn't accurately reflecting these changes in FB Catalogue Manager – is this data source feed updated by Shopify? We've tried to manually update the feed with one of the CSV URLs shown, but it seems the URLs change regularly. How do we get these to sync correctly?
I've already contacted FB support, however they've told me its an issue with Facebook Sales Channel which is managed by a Shopify team. Any help would be much appreciated, as we're worried this might have knock off effects on our targeting/re-targeting.
Just crickets on this? I am experiencing this too.
