Under Collections, I receive the following message when I try to enable the Facebook and Instagram sales channel:
"Facebook & Instagram requires shop verification to continue selling. Verify business details in their channel."
However, I already verified my business details just the other day, and Meta Support confirms that there are no outstanding verification steps. Furthermore, under the app details in Shopify, the connection to Facebook and Instagram is shown as active.

However, I don’t see an option to reconnect the account — the only options available are Uninstall sales channel or Open sales channel.
Also, under Settings, I now see the option to verify my shop (see picture). But when I click Open app to complete the verification, nothing happens — the button doesn't seem to work.
What would you recommend as the next step?
